Ordering Goods and Pricing
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered, prior to the goods being dispatched to you.
Victor Scot may change the prices published on this website at any time. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices and information displayed on www.victorscot.com.au, Victor Scot reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order.
All prices quoted on victorscot.com.au are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Availability of products
At this time purchasing from victorscot.com.au is only available within Australia. Whilst we endeavour to only show products on victorscot.com.au that are currently available there may be occasions where a purchased product is temporarily unavailable. In such an event, you will be contacted by a representative of Victor Scot to discuss the estimated date of availability and whether you wish to maintain your order or otherwise.

Title, Payment and Risk
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Victor Scot to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Delivery within Australia
For all items, a flat fee of $15 is the standard shipping charge for online orders to be delivered in Australia, unless the item is marked otherwise. Victor Scot reserves the right to contact you if shipping costs severely exceed the online standard shipping charge and request additional funds or cancel and refund your order.

Victor Scot strives ship all goods within 2 business days after payment has been received. All goods are, where possible, but not limited to, delivered by Australia Post Express Post or Australia Post Registered Post. All prices as listed on this web site are inclusive of GST.

Victor Scot will not guarantee delivery by a definite date as we are subject to the delivery service performed by Australia Post.

Delivery Overseas
For all items, a flat fee of $30 is the standard shipping charge for online orders to be delivered outside of Australia, unless the item is marked otherwise. Please note, additional charges may be requested depending on the destination and actual shipping costs. We will contact you with details if this is the case and you may decide to proceed or receive a refund.

Returns and exchanges
You may return items purchased online from Victor Scot for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the items, provided that the items are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging and tags in unmarked condition and a copy of the receipt.
Before returning the item please notify Victor Scot by phone (07 32683971) or email (victorscot@bigpond.com) that you wish to return the item and advise us as to your new selection should you wish to replace the item.
Victor Scot will not accept the return of any item not in new, unused, unmarked and pristine condition.
Once we have received the returned items, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.
